presidents.

Brian
Siebold
works at
Mechanic's
Bank.
He has
been in
the
banking
business
for the
last 10
years.
Before
that he
worked
in Lucky
Stores.
He is a
single
dad with
a 10
year old
daughter
and
lives in
Antioch.
He was
born in
Vancouver,
Washington
and then
moved to
Concord
then to
Oregon
and
returned
to
California
in his
junior
year in
high
school. Welcome

Assembly
Meeting
Jim
has been
appointed
Foundation
Chairman.
He
talked
about
the Paul
Harris
Foundation.
With a
$1000
donation
you
become a
Paul
Harris
Foundation
member.
Jim
talked
about
starting
a policy
where
the club
would
match a
members
donation.
The Paul
Harris
Foundation
goes
toward
curing
Polio,
Literacy,
Water,
Health,
Eye
Surgery,
and
Scholarships.
Meeting
in a new
location
was
under
discussion...It
was
agreed
that a
spokesperson
would
talk
with the
manager
of Delta
View to
see if
they can
improve
the menu
and
quality
of the
food.
If not
we
should
start
looking
for
another
location
that
would
cater to
our
needs.
At this
time we
have 3
major
fundraisers: Wine
Sales,
Golf
Tournament,
and Cook
Book
Sales.
We
really
need
more
members
to
participate
in these
activities.
The new
President
Elect is
Caryn.
The
Holiday
Party
this
year
will be
December
6th and
if
everyone
is in
agreement
it may
be held
on the
Delta
Discovery
Cruise
Ship. This
would
include
dinner
and a no
host
bar.
We are
also
planning
on at
least 4
social
events
for the
year.
The

next
week is
Bruce.
Next

will
give us
an
update
and
history
of the
USS
Hornet
berthed
in
Alameda.
