You don't really need a special occasion for caviar—it is a special occasion in itself. Nevertheless, caviar does befit those rather "uncommon" events such as state receptions, luxurious dinners, coronation festivities and victory celebrations, intimate breakfasts in bed and prestigious cocktail parties.
Eating caviar has its own set of rituals. Although culinary enthusiasts argue over the many ways to enjoy caviar—with or without egg, with or without onions, with or without lemon —we recommend following the golden rule: "the simpler, the better.” Caviar “purists” prefer to serve it atop unsalted toast points at room temperature, which allows it to develop its full bouquet.
Palace of Fine Food will be adding a facility with cooking classes and serving lunch.
"Caviar is not a food, it is a celebration of life"
After Mark finished talking he began a very interesting Q & A session.
